This page describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how to exercise them.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
We share the information you provide with the vetted providers that match your project. We may also share with service providers (hosting, analytics, communications) under contract.
We do not sell your information to mass marketers or unrelated third parties. Under California law, sharing your information with our matched providers may be considered "sale" or "sharing" — we offer the opt-out below regardless.
To opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information, request a copy of the data we hold, or request deletion:
We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization and we may verify the agent's identity.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law) permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct-marketing purposes. To make such a request, email privacy@thepennystacker.com.
